Long time resident of the Town of Tonawanda, NY and West Seneca, NY and snowbird/recent resident of Sugar Land, TX. Beloved husband of the late Teresa J. Yezzi. Devoted father of Nancy A. Yezzi (Chip Lyons), Loving stepfather of Russell J. (Carol) Monafo, Nicholas W. (MaryEllen) Monafo. Cherished grandfather to Amy (Eric) Patton and great-grandfather of Noah and Skylar Patton. Dear brother of deceased sisters Phyllis, Carmela, Jenny, Mary and brother Isidore. Fond uncle to many nieces and dearest nephews he treasured. Family will be present at The Colonial Memorial Chapels 3003 South Park Ave. Lackawanna on Wednesday, February 11th from 10am-12noon followed by a service at 12noon. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired donations can be made in Joseph's memory to: Tunnels 2 Towers/Disabled Vets. Mr. Yezzi served in the US Army and was stationed in Alaska from 1953-1955. Joseph also retired in 1995 from US Steel as a manager.
