Genio T. Carson, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on August 20, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Crittendon and Janice D. Carson. Genio was employed by Northtown Automotives in Amherst, NY, where he was known as a skilled auto body technician, and by Delaware North in Niagara Falls, NY.
He is survived by his beloved cousin, Stephanie L. (Osazeme) Osawe; cherished grand-niece and nephew, Nile O. and Carson Osawe; and his uncle, Michael Howard (Karla) Carson. He was also preceded in death by his uncles Willie Carson and Joseph Carson.
Genio will be affectionately remembered by his aunts: Rev. Joyce (late Eddie Ray) Scott, Sarah Joan Carson, Rev. JoAnne (Pastor Jesse J. Sr.) Scott, Janine (late Larry) Hill, Lisa (Michael) Pitt, Delphine Brown, and the late Karen Carson. A host of relatives and friends will also cherish his legacy.
We rejoice in the promise of eternal life and give thanks for the time we shared with our beloved Genio.
A celebration of Genio’s life will be held at the convenience of the family.
