Obituary for David Daniel Paradiso

With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, we announce the passing of David Daniel Paradiso, who left this world on September 2, 2025, at the age of 51. Born on April 15, 1974, David was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose presence filled every room with warmth and kindness.

David was deeply devoted to his wife, Ann Marie Paradiso, with whom he shared a love that was truly one of a kind. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, support, and an unbreakable bond that defined their journey. Their love was a foundation upon which David's heart rested, and he took immense pride in his family. David’s love for Ann Marie, as well as his children, was the cornerstone of everything he did.

A proud father to six children—Hannah Ghani-Osinski, David Ghani-Paradiso, Nevaeh Paradiso, Isaiah Ghani-Paradiso, Kloe Ghani-Paradiso, and Joshua Ghani-Paradiso—David poured his heart and soul into raising them, always making sure they knew they were loved unconditionally. He was deeply proud of the incredible people they’ve become. His pride was evident in every word and action, and he expressed his admiration for them constantly. He will always be with them, guiding them through life and watching them grow, as he truly believed in each of them and the wonderful lives they will continue to lead.

David was also blessed with remarkable skills in nearly every trade. Gifted with the ability to fix anything placed before him, he could figure out solutions with ease and precision. More than just using these talents for himself, David shared them generously, teaching and helping countless people along the way. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to lend a hand left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of learning from him.

He also found joy in being a grandfather to Greyson Goeckel, whose smile brightened his days, and was comforted in knowing his daughter Hannah found a loving partner in Ryan Goeckel. His family brought him so much joy, and he always made sure to share how grateful he was to see his loved ones surrounded by such incredible people.

David’s greatest joy came from knowing his children and family were cared for, and he leaves this world at peace, knowing they are surrounded by the love of those who will continue to support and guide them. He was proud to know his children are being raised by amazing people, and that they will continue to thrive, even in his absence. His love will forever be with them, and he will rest easy knowing they will carry his memory and values with them.

David is now resting peacefully with his father, mother and brother, who preceded him in death. Though he is deeply missed, we take comfort knowing that he has reunited with those he loved, and that his spirit is surrounded by family on the other side. His absence will be felt deeply by his family and all who knew him. His warmth, wisdom, and generous heart will be missed beyond measure. But even as we grieve, we take comfort in knowing that David’s love and legacy will live on through the lives of his children, grandchildren, and loved ones. He truly showed us all what it means to love fully and unconditionally, and that love will continue to guide us all.

In addition to his wife, children, and grandchild, David is survived by a wide circle of family and friends, including but not only Miguel Vega, whom he considered his best friend. All of whom were touched by his unwavering love and generosity.

A memorial service celebrating David’s life will be held on 09/14/2025, between 4-7pm, at 7353 Erie Rd, Derby, NY 14047.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Hearts for the Homeless.
