Loving mother to Bruce (Barbara) Fisher, Hollyann (late Garry) Powell, Scot (Jessie) Fisher, Heidi (James) Liberatore and stepmother to Mark Fisher. Cherished grandmother to a plethora of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Loving daughter of the late Howard C. and Ruth M. (nee Whitney) Leathe; Dear sister of the late Bruce and late RuthMarie Leathe.
Charlotte, a registered nurse and nutritionist, was full of life and energy and spent her life trying to help people live a healthier lifestyle. She loved tennis and played well into her 90's, winning many Senior Olympics medals.
