Barbara J. Biddle (nee Bartolucci)

March 8, 1960 – April 14, 2025


Barb Biddle was kind, generous, loving, creative, fun, and thoughtful. She loved loud family dinners, evenings out with lifelong friends, and quiet nights at home with her American Eskimo dog, Ruby. She never missed a softball game, school concert, or dance recital, and loved good books, board games, and new adventures, near and far. Her cooking was second to none, her advice exactly what you needed, and somehow her grandkids always slept well and listened perfectly when Nana was around.

Barb Biddle was truly the best wife, mother, grandmother, and friend we could have asked for—and we’ll miss her more than words can express.

Barb married the love of her life, Don Biddle, on July 17, 1982, and together they built a beautiful home and family over the next 42 years. In addition to her husband, Don, she is survived by her children, Erin Kaminski (Bob) and Matt Biddle (Amanda), and her grandchildren, Isabelle, Sophia, Aria, Ellery, and Alex.

Barb grew up in Lackawanna, the fifth child of the late Dominick and Lottie Bartolucci. She is survived by her siblings, David Bartolucci (Kay), Susie Jern (Mark), Dennis Bartolucci (Susie), and Lisa Gawronski, and was predeceased by her brother, Bobby Bartolucci. She was also a cherished aunt or great-aunt for her more than 40 nieces and nephews and is also survived by many friends and cousins.

Relatives and friends may visit The Colonial Memorial Chapels, at 3003 South Park Ave. in Lackawanna, on Wednesday, April 23 from 4-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint John XXIII Parish, 1 Arcade St. in West Seneca, on Thursday, April 24 at 9:30 am. Please assemble at church. Entombment in Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Mercy Hospital Foundation.
